Introduction to our business

Kathmandu is a little part of Asia in the heart of Chicago`s business district. We offer unique blend of traditional Nepali/Indian cuisine with a modern hint . It is a perfect place to get away from everyday hassles and relax, try real Asian food like Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Tikka Masala or Briyani without need of travelling. Escape from this crazy world at least for one night, you know you deserve it!!!

I choose a brochure of Mexican Restaurant called "El Ranchito", located on 2829 N. Milwakee, Chicago, IL. I think it is very effective and informative. First, on the first page it tells all contact information, hours of operations, name of website, and all specials offers "El Ranchito" provides for its customers. It has a little picture which explains specific of cuisine(Spanish). Other part of the brochure shows us full menu, divided by the sections like breakfast, appetizers, drinks, entrees, deserts,etc. It helps us easy to navigate through the menu and go straight to the item you interested in. At the same time there are colorful pictures of traditional Spanish dishes with names written under them, which allows us to see what to expect in the restaurant and also boost our appetite even before we visit the place.

1) How are you planing to use a product?

I`m planning to use Modiv Shopper device within a company. The best way is provide Modiv Shopper for every customer at JewelOsco in order to influence shoppers` behavior and increase sales.

2) Who will be effected by the use of the product?

It will beneficial for both parties. Customers will have easiest access to the coupons and sales information, will always have best prices and will save time at checkout point. Employer will be able to cut cost on employees` salaries and target bigger segment of market.

3) What are some foreseeable costs?

Major cost will include: buying Modiv Shopper devices, money on advertising.

Outline of internal proposal

Introduction.

Modiv Shopper will play an important role in controling sales and influencing customers` behavior. It is a possibility for us to cut cost on such expences as salaries and will attract customers looking for ways to save in present economic situation.

I`m seeking approval for a project study whether replacing some labor force with Modiv Shopper device will reduce costs and improve store`s sales.

Proposed Tasks

1. Investigate the extent of the problem by calculating labor expences.

2. Investigate costs of Modiv Shopper and all expences connected with it.

3. Compare them both and show how Modiv Shopper is better and what will projected profits be.
